Seaview – Beach Front Villa

This home was spotless and absolutely stunning. The view is phenomenal. Everything that was listed was included. I'd recommend this home and its wonderful host to anybody

Thanks for having us. We really enjoyed the private beach and pool at our house. It's even better than a lot of beaches we went in the end! Michelle is also very responsive on WhatsApp, with arranging tours and transportations for us. Unfortunately our boat excursion got cancelled (due to high winds on the sea) but she refunded me right away and offered us alternatives. Even though we ended up doing our own things, we appreciated her efforts. The only downside I will say for the house is that, the dishwasher doesn't work properly. There's a smell inside the machine... so we ended up handwashing the dishes and used the dishwasher rack to dry the dishes. Also it will be nice to have towel rods to hang towels in the bathroom inside the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise, everything else is pleasant and comfortable for us. The view is so nice!!! You will not regret renting this house!!!

Michelle was absolutely amazing In accommodating us. This property is absolutely stunning and in a great location. It’s about a 5 minute jitney to BAHA Mar and right on the ocean! The backyard and inside was spotless and extremely well kept. Michelle also was able to arrange a taxi for us the whole trip and was easily accessible. Highly recommend this house for a large group of people!

Very sizable, great home in the Bahamas. Outdoor set up is perfect. Couldn't use the pool sadly bc it's not heated and it was windy out, but it's a really good overall space (inside and out) regardless.

This house is BEYOND words! We received the most amazing hospitality & experience ever. Michelle was the sweetest, most responsive, and very easy to work with. The cleanliness, decor, amenities, and entertainment was worth every dollar spent. The house itself sits right on the beach, with the most spectacular view and is enormous. It has 4 very spacious bedrooms, three of them are located on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 1st floor. The house also has a total of 3 bathrooms ( one placed inside the master bedroom). Two rooms on the top floor have balconies & face the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of or need. Cups, plates, toiletries, towels ( for both pool and bath) Kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, etc. Anything else you need, Michelle is a text/call away and gets back to you within seconds. She offers transportation, as well as a chef, options for catamarans, activities for the house - all for an extremely reasonable price. We utilized everything she offered. The best part of the house is the infinity pool, there really are no words to describe how beautiful it is. It is the perfect vacation home and I am so happy to have come across this house. I will ONLY ever rent from Michelle and Hermann when I travel to the Bahamas and already look forward to my return!

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were definitely incredible. We came with two toddlers and although the outside wasn’t very toddler friendly, we still enjoyed the outdoor area plenty. Michelle coordinated a chef for our group and it was a great experience. The house was more than big enough for 3 families, two of which had kids. The beach is about a two minute walk, and we enjoyed going there every morning. Michelle and Hermann were super helpful with every request we had and responded quickly whenever we contacted them.

Got ready for a wedding here and it was the perfect place! There are two sides to the upstairs to get ready in- one for groom and one for bride. It also looks like the host has made some updates since the pictures were posted and they look great! The host was present and made sure we were good to go. Thank you!!

Pretty bedrooms ! Lots of space for couples ! Make sure you ask for additional keys We only had one for the four of us Also ask if they can fill the pool with warm water It was ice cold!! Also make sure the generator is up and running Apparently they have planned outages frequently The master bath jacuzzi is not operable Charming hosts they respond quickly if there are issues!

Most Amazing place in Nassau!!! I am a returned guest and I also been at other places in Nassau, this house is by far my favorite. The feeling as soon as you open the front doors is priceless. The house is even better than the last time I was there in the spring; all the floors upstairs have been renovated with a new modern style and the great stairways which is a great piece of the house now has white marble on the steps which gives the house a luxury look & feel. There is a lot of space, high ceilings and several areas to hang out whether you want to be part of a group or want some quiet time. The beds are super comfy and clean which is also very important for a vacation. You can chose from the ocean or garden view which will give you an equal Caribbean feeling. This place is good for group celebrations and can also be a great spot for families or romantic gateway. Michelle & Hermann always go above & beyond to makes sure their guests are looked after and will help with anything you may need while staying at their place. This trip was for my birthday with all my besties and it sure made me feel very special. I am returning for the holidays with my husband and another couple - there is not other place i rather be . Highly recommended!!! Trust me, coming from a true Queen Diva :)

Herman and Michelle’s place is beautiful. The beautiful beach is literally your backyard view!! The picturesque view of the rippling sea waves and the warm blue skies that you wake up to, is an experience you dream of. The home was very clean and prepared for us when we arrived. Michelle was a very professional, warm and friendly host, who was very responsive and assisted us with any needs that we had. We had a small event at the villa and guests are still raving about how beautiful Seaview beach villa was. Thank you so much Michelle and Herman. We will definitely be back!!!

The Seaview Beach House was the best possible stay we could’ve had in Nassau! The house is exactly as pictured- the view is incredible and it’s in a prime location. Michelle & Hermann were incredible hosts- they responded quickly and helped us organize everything from transportation to activities. We booked the half-day Rose Island private boat charter through them and it was the best vacation experience we’ve ever had. Cannot recommend it more!

Views and location make this place! The sea views at this house are absolutely jaw dropping and sitting on the patio watching the waves and the overlooking be infinity pool is to die for. Michelle is super sweet and responsive and will take amazing care of you!

What a perfect house for a large group! We had three couples and a baby. The master had a set up in a private space with a crib so we didn’t even use the fourth bedroom. The pool was perfect, the snorkeling was just 20 feet away ! Michelle provided extra baby things like a pack and play and high chair. She brought snorkels and kayaks also. Michelle was helpful and easy to reach with all out requests and questions.
